Your New Home Specialist
As a buyer of a new home, you have many options. The first option is resale homes or new construction homes. Why use a new home specialist?
A resale home is any home that has had a previous owner and is now being resold to the next owner.
A new construction home is sold by a home builder to a buyer and they are first owner’s of the home.
As New Construction Specialists who have worked in the construction industry and have become certified (both as new home specialists and residential construction specialist) we can knowledgeably discuss all of your options in both resale and new construction.
Some of the designations and certifications Your New Home Partners have to assist you in buying your new home.
