National Sales Coach & Trainer Leah Turner has worked with thousands of new home sales and real estate professionals across the country providing ways to improve and enhance their presentations and increase sales for more than two decades.
Engaging, educational, and always entertaining, Leah is a sought after speaker and trainer, and has spoken at numerous national/regional trade shows, conferences, and builder associations, including the International Builders Show, The Southeast Builders Conference, and many more.
In addition to conducting workshops, webinars and training programs for builders and real estate firms across the country, Leah works one on one with real estate and new home construction sales associates to create action plans that get SALES results. Leah’s experience and expertise in coaching, training and sales, gives her the competitive edge needed to deliver impactful, content rich programs to sales and real estate professionals.
She is also active in selling new home construction in the Tampa Bay area for Berkshire Hathaway Florida Properties Group with the Tampa Bay Builder Services team. Her passion is working with Builders and Realtors to provide sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads and make more sales!
Leah is a proud, active member of the Tampa Bay Builders Association and the Florida Homebuilders’ Association (FHBA). She has served in multiple leadership roles, including President of the Florida Sales & Marketing Council for FHBA. She is also a Life Director for the Florida SMC.
In addition, she holds the position of National Sales Coach and Trainer for Melinda Brody & Company, the nation’s leading provider of Video Mystery Shopping for new home construction, since 2013.
